We will ensure that each order is dealt with and despatched as soon as possible where items are held in stock. Where items are non stock or made to order we will ensure that you are kept up to date with progress and expected delivery dates throughout the process.
Vision Motorsport Engineering Products Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered due to late or non deliveries. However we will follow the correct procedures to find a solution in order to fulfil all order requirements.
Delivery methods vary depending upon the product. We typically use UPS as a parcel courier service and therefore items may take up to two working days from date of order. In the case of larger items a pallet delivery service may be used, which can take up to 3 working days from date of order to the UK.
Worldwide shipping is available and the delivery times will vary depending upon location. If ordering from outside of the UK and an accurate date for delivery is required, please contact us for further information and we will be happy to assist.
In the unfortunate case of receiving a parcel damaged during transit, please contact us within a day of receiving delivery to provide us with sufficient time to make a claim. We will then take the necessary steps to rectify the problem as soon as possible and ensure replacements are delivered as quickly as possible.
